Shahab Jalalvand, PhD founded SJ AI Services in 2025 initially to provide AI solutions for a variety of challenges in industries such as customer service, e-commerce, insurance and healthcare. Soon after that he realized that his passion is in helping people overcome mental issues. Early detection of mental disorders is crucial.

Yet the current self-report evaluation tools are not efficient enough. Voice instead carries lots of information, such as tone, pitch, energy, etc. These are significantly affected due to mental issues. Being an expert in speech recognition and audio processing, Shahab developed SwayMind platform that takes these into account and provides a comprehensive tool for mental self-evaluation.
